Child Find Screenings

Santa Fe Trail BOCES along with your local school district will be conducting free screenings throughout the year for children from birth through 5 years of age.  Fun interactive activities facilitate the screening of your child’s hearing, vision, speech/language, educational and social/emotional skills along with fine/gross motor development.  Call Santa Fe Trail BOCES @ 383-2623 ext. 218 to schedule a screening on one of these dates or for additional information. 
Please bring copies of any previous screenings or evaluations.
Our first scheduled dates and locations are:

September 22, 2025 (Monday) – 9:00am-11:00am
Kim School District - 425 State St, Kim, CO 81049

September 23, 2025 (Tuesday) – 9:00am-11:00am
Wiley Preschool- 501 Ward St, Wiley, CO 81092

September 23, 2025 (Tuesday) – 1:00pm-3:00pm
Las Animas Jumpstart– 503 Poplar Ave, Las Animas, CO 81054
(Las Animas Elementary)

September 24, 2025 (Wednesday) – 9:00am-11:00am
Otero County Health Department-Rocky Ford Office, 811 S. 13th, Rocky Ford, CO 81067

September 25, 2025 (Thursday) – 8:30am-11:30am
