SFTBOCES is governed by a Board of Directors. Each member district of the SFTBOCES appoints one of its board members to serve on the SFTBOCES Board. The Board is required by law to meet at least four times a year. The Board of Directors appoints an Executive Director to serve as Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Director is responsible for the administration of all programs and services offered through SFTBOCES.
